  1. To evaluate the efforts of the most dexterous inscribers of the Glorious Mushaf, to honour and to salute them.
  2. To provide the most outstanding calligraphers of  the Mushaf  an opportunity to present their experiences and to explain their method  in writing the Mushaf  for the  benefit of the people.
  3. Highlighting the message of the inscribers of the Glorious Mushaf.
  4. Working towards formulating general rules to be followed  in the decoration of the Mushaf.
  5. To explore ways and means to reconcile the writing styles of the calligraphers with the computer fonts  as a service to Arabic calligraphy.
  6. To serve Arabic Calligraphy and studies related to it, and try to reach a consensus  with regard to its terminologies.
  7. To display specimens of Mushafs and other writings  by creative  calligraphers, and artistic plaques representing decoration and arabesque.
  8. To promote aesthetic taste for calligraphic arts, and to discover promising potentials among the gifted Mushaf calligraphers.
  9. Promoting intercommunication between the Mushaf calligraphers  and specialists in the study of Arabic Calligraphy and Arabesques, and also people interested in these arts.
